We have an in-house accounts department who are here to help with any pay queries you may have, if you need to know how many hours are on your timesheet or if you need their help with your pay they’re accessible anytime during our office hours.
We’re honest and upfront, no matter what! You've probably heard honesty thrown about by companies, but we take it seriously! If the job we’re talking to you about is 3 days, we will tell you that it’s 3 days. No beating around the bush, plain and simple.
If you weren’t successful in the job we shortlisted you for, we will let you know and try our best to find you other work!

Your consultant will also give you a call in the afternoon of your first day to make sure everything is up to scratch for you, if you have any issues they will ask you and help try to fix them. They will then contact you throughout your contract to make sure you’re still happy, and you never know, you might be there on site visit day and get a biscuit or two!
