The fearsome pace in the office at Derby’s Farsight Recruitment, means that letting off steam - combined with a little team-building - is an essential ingredient for continued success!
Opportunities to have a little fun together are seized upon whole-heartedly, by the Farsight management team and staff, and Halloween proved no exception! An impressive fancy dress competition along with a programme of fun game-based challenges was just the tonic for a team of young talent in a high pressure office environment.
“Finding the right people for jobs and the right jobs for people, means our staff have work effectively and as a team all day, every day.” said Farsight Director, Donna Butler. “We know the importance of valuing the workforce, as they work incredibly hard for our clients, so we try to make sure that they have some fun times in the office too.”
Staff took part in a series of fun challenges throughout the day, and raised money for the company’s adopted charity - Padley Group. Padley is a Derby-based charity founded in 1985 delivering services to people with complex needs and dealing with issues such as homelessness, learning disabilities and long-term unemployment.
