Farsight support staff futures

Our very own Senior Account Manager, Jess Lees, recently took the plunge into further education but it wasn’t without the full support of the Farsight team.

Jess decided to challenge herself with an 18-month NVQ level 5 in Management. She wanted to broaden her skill set and improve her current management tactics as well as learning new team leadership styles.

“I love motivating a team and working together to get a job done. I have always strived to be a good leader (you’ll always find me at the front of a conga line!). I want to coach people and help them become the best they can be”

Jess’ strong views on management and personal development are what lead her to steer her career in that direction.

Additional learning doesn’t come without it’s challenges though. Jess is now juggling a part-time course and a full-time job. To combat the extra work load she is studying out of office hours, but she is also enjoying stretching herself at work. With a strong team behind her, helping to manage everyday tasks, everyone is feeling positive about Jess and her amazing development.

“Jess works hard to challenge herself every day and hasn’t fallen short here. We are all so proud of her for making the decision to develop herself for a better future” says Donna Butler, “we are behind Jess every step of the way!”

Go Jess!
