Customer Management at Farsight

Account manager means something different to every company, and therefore something different to each customer. Farsight staff always set out to offer a consistent, reliable service to both clients and candidates. But what can your Farsight account manager do for you? We got Katie’s opinion on her role and how it benefits our customers.


1 – What service can an account manager offer to clients?

As an account manager I am there to make sure clients are happy and always receive an outstanding service. This includes making sure the staff we supply have the right documentation and tickets, ensuring they have relevant, up to date references and making the process as easy and hassle free as possible for all parties.


2 – What service can an account manager offer to a candidate?

Just like clients I treat all of our candidates with respect and ensure a smoother process for them. I always have both parties’ best interests at heart so not only finding the client the best temporary workers but making sure the job is right for the candidate. We want you to be happy on site and as a result of that produce good, quality work for the client. I always try to get the best role and rate available for each individual I work with, whilst always staying upfront and honest.


3 – Why do you love Farsight as a company?

We all sing from the same hymn sheet (follow the same processes) so across the board all customers can expect the same service and levels of honesty. We get the freedom and respect to recommend changes when we think something isn’t working whether that is from client and candidate feedback or personal experience and that means things are constantly changing for the better.
