When you register for work with us you automatically start off with a Candidate Rating of ‘One Star’.  After your first job with us, we ask the employer for a reference – if you get a good one, you move straight up to ‘Two Star’ candidate.  From then on, every time you work for us, and receive a good reference from the company you are placed with – you get another star.

All Five Star Candidates will have worked a minimum of  four times for Farsight, and will have been given good references by all employers.

Our Five Star Candidates will be our most trusted employees – so first in line for new jobs and often requested specifically by employers - if you go over and above to provide an excellent service for us and our clients, we can fast track you to Five Star at any time!
