The Farsight resourcing team are the glue that hold the office together. If you are a Farsight temporary worker you will have spoken to them, if you are an employer using us you will have received assignment details from them. But what do they do on a day to day basis and why are they so important to us as a team? Let’s find out about Jess L, Jess S and Jack and what makes them tick.
What aspect of the recruitment process do you deal with?
We ensure we find the appropriate job for our temporary workers and ideal workers for our open positions. We deal with the paperwork surrounding a new placement and making sure the employees are happy with their start on site.
What would you say the resourcing team’s most important role is?
Providing a friendly service to candidates and being as thorough as possible when trying to find the right job for them. Explaining all vacancies in full so they understand the job they are being shortlisted for and know the experience required of them. Ultimately finding the right people for the job.
What do you love about dealing with our temporary workers every day?
We enjoy speaking to a wide range of people, from site managers to labourers and helping them find work. They all have different personalities and backgrounds so no two conversations are ever the same. Our day is never boring and we really get to build trust with each candidate.
What makes you proud to be Farsight?
We are proud to be Farsight because we genuinely care and look after our candidates. We are honest and upfront about the vacancies we have. We will never lie to a candidate about the length of a job or give them false promises. We, also, always try to do right by the candidate every time, getting them the best rates and listening to any queries they have. We are proud to fill jobs with amazing people.
